Marc Reece joined the CVS Health Public Policy team in August of 2019.  He is responsible for developing public policy priorities, aligning strategic initiatives across a diversified enterprise, and executing the CVS Health public affairs agenda.  His primary focus is on commercial health insurance, encompassing issues such as health care reform, surprise billing, networks and market competition, and all traditional health insurance regulatory dynamics at the state and federal level.  Prior to joining the Public Policy team, Marc spent five years as a state government affairs director for CVS and Aetna, covering over a dozen states in the Rocky Mountain region and Midwest.  During that time, he managed legislative and regulatory affairs, as well as represented Aetna in front of attorneys general during various mergers and acquisitions.   Prior to joining Aetna, he spent five years with the Colorado Association of Health Plans and helped the industry navigate the implementation of the Affordable Care Act.   Marc attended law school at the University of Oregon and has an economics degree from UCLA.  He currently lives in Denver, CO.

Rocky Henisey Leads the Regional Analytic Consulting for Aetna’s Regional Large Group Segments within the Commercial Markets organization of Aetna, a CVS Health Company. The Regional Large Group Segments include Middle Market, Public & Labor, Healthcare Business Solutions, and Industry Verticals including Private Equity, Technology and Hospitality/Retail. He has been with Aetna for 11 years.  

Before Aetna, he was Director of Client Analytics at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas.  He has 25+ yrs of healthcare experience, both on the provider and payor side, for companies like Lockton Dunning and Baylor Medical Center.  His experience includes: Finance, Health Care Economics, Medical Management Reporting, Account Management, and National Accounts Consulting.  

Rocky holds a BA in Marketing an MBA in Management.  He has a 23 year-old son, and 21 year-old daughter and enjoys cooking, traveling, soccer and pickleball. Rocky lives in the Dallas area.

Dr. Jones has been with Aetna since 2020 and is a medical director for the Clinical Business Support team providing clinical consultative input and population health strategy that drive optimal health and high value care for members in the Commercial and Public Service and Labor sectors. She is a subject matter expert for Women’s Health and Gender Affirming care who works directly with internal staff and plan sponsors by participating in various programs and initiatives involving health equity, maternal health disparities, and reproductive health. Her passion projects revolve around closing the maternal health disparity gap for the underserved.
